I’m researching virtual (or remote) working – managers managing employees virtually, employees being managed remotely, individuals working by themselves remote from their customers…you get the picture. I’m interested in what works, what doesn’t, the negative impact, the positive impact and how to build teams and resolve disputes when you’re physically removed from others.
